1. If I purchase either the Pro Sports or College Sports Screen Saver, do I get all four sports with each version?

Yes, with either version you receive Football, Basketball, Baseball, and Hockey, along with two other options--Floating Logos and a Fireworks Display.

2. My Download of the Screen Saver was interrupted and didn't complete. How do I Download again?

If your order was accepted within the last 30 days, then visit our Customer Service Web Page and select Repeat Download.

If your order was more than 30 days ago, then click on the Customer Service Link at the TOP of this Web Page.

3. What are the PC system requirements for the screen savers?

Your PC's processing speed must be at least 400 mHz, include 64MB of RAM, and have a color monitor. We assume you have ample disk storage.

The Pro Sports Screen Saver, which is the largest, is about 8 MB and will grow to 9 MB or 10 MB depending upon how many teams you enter and the number and size of the logo artwork you include. The download size of the Pro Sports Screen Saver is about 3.7 MB.

College Sports is 10 MB ( download size 2.7 MB). If you were to enter information for the maximum number of teams (96), then the storage would approximately double to 20 MB, depending upon the size of the logos you import.

The Pro Golf Screen Saver is about 9MB (download size 2.7 MB).

We apologize to Macintosh Users, but currently there is no Mac verison, and none is planned in the near future.

4. How do I copy a logo from a Web page??

Simply position your Mouse cursor over the Logo image and click the RIGHT Mouse Button. A new Window will appear on your PC screen. Select Save As Picture. We suggest you Save the Logo in your My Pictures Folder for the time being.

When you are ready to convert any of your Logos to the format required by our Screen Savers, you should refer to the Graphics Utility Documentation as to where (which Folder) to place converted Logos.
